David Selves is a banker by profession, but has a vast experience of commercial and business life extending beyond simply property finance, which he does because he enjoys it and has been doing so since 1978. Until recently we have not become involved in commercial development but that has changed and we have first class commercial funding facilities, again to 100%. Our sources of debt includes banks both large and small, including privately owned banks and having worked with them for decades know what they want to see, and, more importantly, how they want to see it presented. When we present a project to several sources it is usually in different formats, in the format the recipient likes. Our sources of mezzanine lenders, up to 100%, is vast and varied. It includes specialist lenders, banks, private individuals, consortiums, off shore funds and ourselves. Over the years the project sizes have increased with inflation but we are, and always have been, happy to consider anything from the break-up of a house into two units to a mixed used scheme of literally any size. We know and work with lenders who will lend £50,000 or £50m, at 60% or 100%! |
